Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Nuffield Hospital, Cheltenham.
Kate and Dr Jaques have been working together since 2015 and regularly have joint client sessions. They also hold regular ‘journal clubs’, critiquing current evidence based practice.

Specialist Soft Tissue Therapist
Caroline holds a Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and works closely with Kate, referring on her patients who are in need of visceral, cranial or neural release.
Respiratory Physiotherapist
Lucy specialises in dysfunctional breathing patterns, breathlessness and long covid.
This compliments Kate’s work on visceral release on the respiratory and cardiac system which is also often affected with these conditions.
Hannah Coleman (Gastroenterology Specialist Dietician) and Liane Reeves (Oxford specialist allergy and gastro dietitian) have set up group virtual hypnotherapy courses for patients with a diagnosis of IBS.
This perfectly compliments Kate’s work with IBS patients, releasing the fascia (connective tissue) around the digestive tract, to provide symptom relief and restore function.
